Piñata Time

About a month ago, Riley experienced his first piñata at Chris' friend's annual block party in San Jose. He didn't understand the concept of the piñata at first, but after watching the big kids, he quickly became a pro. He already knew how to swing a bat, but I could tell he was a little apprehensive to hit the piñata with it. After some coaxing from Daddy and the other big kids, Riley made contact with the piñata and earned the title "Super Baby" by his cheerleaders. It was too cute! I knew my little 1/4 Mexican Bean could do it. :)

Teaching him to pickup the candy and fill his loot bag was not difficult one bit. I think he loved that part the best, however, Mommy needs to teach him to grab the "good" candy before it's all gone. :)
